Puff pastry is one of the classic pastry doughs. Made with just flour, butter, salt and water, it can be used in endless sweet and savory pastries. We’ll teach you a (relatively) easy “rough puff” technique for making this versatile dough at home. We’ll also turn some into sweet, crunchy palmiers that you can try warm out of the oven. Participants will all go home with a recipe and some puff pastry they can use at home.
